The Locker Problem

Well my group got 31 lockers out of 1,000 and there all perfect squares. the reason why is because every perfect squared has an odd amount of factors. its a pattern, open and closed so if there's an even amount of factors then its going to land on a closed one, and if theirs an odd amount of factors its going to land on an open one.
